Installation And Maintenance
1. Mirror installation: The welded flange must be clean and undamaged, and operated by professional personnel.

[Window material]: Borosilicate glass, quartz glass.
[Working temperature]: The maximum allowable temperature for borosilicate glass is 280 ℃, with a rapid temperature range of 230 ℃ to 20O ℃. The maximum allowable temperature for quartz glass is 800 ℃, with a rapid temperature range of 550 ℃ to 20 ℃.
[Operating pressure]: Borosilicate glass: 0.6~1.0Mpa. Quartz glass: 0.6~2.5Mpa.
[Sealing ring material]: PTFE, nitrile rubber, graphite, etc.
[Flange standards]: GB, HG, SH, HGJ, JB, ANSL, JIS and other standards. (User specified, please indicate pressure level)

Mirror lens installation: Ensure that the mirror base is flat and smooth, the sealing gasket between the lens and the mirror base is installed flat, the sealing gasket is not damaged, and does not stick to grease. Before tightening the screws, make sure that the mirror base and cover are installed correctly, and then slowly tighten the screws.
3. Before operating the hinged or threaded mirror device, it is necessary to ensure that the sealing gasket is properly installed. If necessary, the bolts can be re tightened. Ensure that the sealing gasket between the sight hole and the mirror hole is installed correctly, the connecting flange is not damaged, and adjust the connecting screws. It is not only necessary to ensure that the components connected to the mirror lens are well sealed, but also to ensure that the sealing between the mirror and the welding flange is good, and to ensure that the pressure inside the container does not exceed the rated pressure.
4. After installation, there should be no additional pressure on the mirror, otherwise it will cause uneven force on the mirror, leading to the breakage of the mirror glass.
