Plate chain feeder/Introduction
Plate chain feeders can be divided into: light plate chain feeders, medium plate chain feeders, and heavy plate chain feeders. Suitable for continuously and uniformly distributing and conveying various block, granular, and bulk materials from the storage bin to the crusher conveyor or other working machinery and containers along horizontal or inclined line segments, with a bulk density of no more than 1200kg/m3, a block weight of no more than 140kg, and a temperature not exceeding 350 ℃ for light-duty machines. Medium sized machines are used for various loose materials with a weight not exceeding 2400 kg/m3, a block weight not exceeding 500kg, and a temperature not exceeding 400 ℃. The specifications of the heavy-duty plate chain feeder include slot widths of 1000, 1250, 1500, 2000, 2500, and 3150 millimeters, lengths of 420 meters, and a capacity of 60-200 cubic meters per hour.
Mainly used in small and medium-sized cement plants as primary crushing feed for lime ore, it is also suitable for metallurgy, coal, chemical, power, building materials, machinery manufacturing, and other industrial sectors.
1. The BW board chain feeder adopts two-point support, with one end directly placed on the crusher, making the process layout simple and saving construction costs;
2. The tail device of the BW plate chain feeder adopts a special design, suitable for rainy and humid areas, and will not cause chain jumping due to the accumulation of sticky and wet materials at the tail, which will affect production;
3. The tail of the BW board chain feeder is equipped with sleepers for shock absorption, and there are a certain number of special shock absorbing rollers in the middle for support, which improves the stress conditions of the rollers and groove plates on both sides of the impact of large materials and increases the service life of operating components;
4. Specially strengthen the handling that the lower cover of the head cover can be separated on both sides, so it does not hinder the lifting of the crusher rotor body;
5. Separate the traction chain and load-bearing chain, reduce dynamic load, and improve service life;
6. The head device sprocket has 13-15 teeth, with odd and even teeth separated for transmission, which can double the lifespan;
7. The sprocket of the head device is cut into 3 teeth, which can be replaced without disassembling the chain plate and is easy to maintain;

Two chains are wound around a pair of drive sprockets installed at the head of the machine body and a pair of tension wheels installed at the tail of the machine body to form a closed loop. Each chain link of the two rows of chains is equipped with overlapping, heavy-duty conveyor grooves to form a continuous conveyor line capable of carrying materials. Its self weight and material weight are supported by multiple rows of supporting wheels, chain rollers, and slide beams installed on the machine body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer through an AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the carrier mechanism is driven at low speed by a direct connection between the expansion sleeve and the driving device. Transport the materials unloaded from the tail bin along the conveyor line to the front of the machine body for discharge, achieving the goal of continuous and uniform feeding to the working machinery below.
