2、 Product performance and features:

1. Long vacuum maintenance time: After 30 days of vacuuming, the vacuum degree changes by less than 6%.

2. Adopting polycarbonate injection molding.

3. No need to use sealing grease. The upper and lower parts of the vessel are sealed with high-quality silicone rubber O-rings.

4. The top of the vessel is a flat protective ring, which is easy to hold. When installing a plug seal at the top, it can be stably stacked multiple times by fitting with the circular protrusion at the bottom.

5. The top and base sides each have a tapered threaded hole, and the valve can be tightened and fixed to any screw hole. Another screw hole is used to install a vacuum gauge, which facilitates accurate understanding of the vacuum status inside the container at any time, and can also be sealed with a plug.

6. The valve is a specialized needle valve, and the valve core is precision machined from metal material. The intake flow rate gradually stabilizes and adjusts from small to large.

7. After slightly tightening the needle valve with fingers, the leakage rate is zero at atmospheric pressure.

8. The needle valve is connected to the trachea using a quick change connector. Its connector can rotate freely 360 degrees, and the trachea is made of imported soft nylon tube.

9. Two needle valves can be installed simultaneously, one for vacuuming and the other for introducing inert gas, achieving vacuum preservation in an inert gas atmosphere

4、 Usage method

1. Slowly push the soft nylon tube into the quick change connector hole on the needle valve body and insert it securely to the bottom. After inserting it to the bottom, gently pull it out to confirm that it cannot be pulled out

2. Connect the soft nylon tube to the vacuum source.

3. Place PP partitions and samples as needed.

4. Place the O-ring on the outer conical surface of the upper opening of the base, cover the upper cover, and vacuum it (hold the upper cover with your hand when vacuuming, and release it when the vacuum degree slightly increases).

5. Remove the pipe installed on the quick change connector:

(1) Fully and evenly push the blue release sleeve flange end face on the quick change connector.

(2) Press in the blue release sleeve while pulling out the tube. If the release sleeve is not fully pressed in, the tube cannot be pulled out.

(3) For pipes that have been repeatedly loaded and unloaded, if the pipe head is severely worn and scratched, the part of the pipe mouth that has been bitten off should be cut off before reuse.

6. Take out the sample: manually open the valve and release the vacuum.

5、 Precautions

1. Do not expose the vacuum dryer to the following chemicals and their vapors: strong bases, esters, aromatic or halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones. These chemicals can damage polycarbonate.

2. Cannot be used for high-pressure sterilization.

3. You can use hot soap or neutral detergent solution to clean, and then rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use organic solvents, strong alkaline cleaning agents, or corrosive solvents.
