Product Introduction

Plastic tray shredder, also known as plastic crusher or plastic shredder, is an environmentally friendly shredder equipment for solid waste reduction. This machine has the advantages of low noise and high crushing ratio in the crushing applications of plastic trays, plastic road piers, plastic guardrails, and plastic boards. By adopting dual axis drive, the material is compressed accordingly during production, achieving automatic feeding function. The unique blade shaft structure and four angle rotating tool will not cause shaft entanglement or equipment jamming during low-speed and high torque production processes, thereby improving production efficiency and suitable for crushing various tough and viscous materials.

Working principle

The plastic tray shredder uses two sets of rotors with shredder blades to rotate relative to each other in the equipment chamber, and uses the principle of contracting the angle between the two axes to squeeze the material entering the chamber. Due to the special design of the blades, the material entering the angle between the two axes is fixed by the blade edges, further creating conditions for the contraction of the angle. After the material reaches the yield strength under force, the material begins to fracture between the blades, thus completing the shredding effect.
