Product Introduction

The plastic pipe crushers produced by Henan Fukai Machinery are divided into blade type shear crushers, dual port multi-purpose pipe crushers, steel wire pipe crushers, gas pipe shredders, PE pipe shredders, PVC pipe crushers, rubber pipe crushers and other types of equipment, which can meet the needs of customers with different production volumes and processing capabilities. For customers with different purposes and scales, Fukai Machinery can also configure professional pipe crushing and sorting production lines according to the complexity of materials. In the production layout, pre crushing equipment (pipe shredders) is used to pre crush large-diameter pipes, and then the pre crushed pipes are further crushed and processed by crushing equipment. After sorting, the pipes are fixed with metal layers and sorted. The separation of plastics achieves the purpose of recycling processing. For materials with smaller diameters, crushing can be directly used for one-time crushing processing to separate impurities or metals.

Supporting equipment

Customers can choose conveyors, shredders, crushers, magnetic separators, and specific gravity separators according to their usage requirements for the entire production line configuration, and configure different production lines based on material characteristics.

Applicable materials

In application, this type of equipment can be used for crushing various types of ABS plastic pipes (ABS), polybutylene pipes (PB), type III polypropylene pipes (PP-R), heat-resistant polyethylene pipes (PE-RT), cross-linked polyethylene pipes (PE-X), polyethylene pipes (PE), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipes (PVC-C), hard polyvinyl chloride pipes (PVC-U) and other pipes and fittings. The machine is suitable for customers of various direct pipe types and scales.
