Product details

Plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid, and gas. When the applied voltage reaches the ignition voltage of the gas, the gas is broken down, producing a mixture of electrons, various ions, atoms, and free radicals. Although the electron temperature is high during the discharge process, the temperature of heavy particles is low. Plasma degradation of pollutants is the process of utilizing high-energy electrons, free radicals, and other active particles to interact with pollutants in exhaust gas, causing pollutant molecules to decompose in a very short period of time and undergo various subsequent reactions to achieve the same degradation of pollutants.
2、 Product features:
1. High end technology, simple process: After starting up, it runs automatically with very few restrictions on working conditions, and does not require dedicated personnel to operate.
2. Energy saving: No mechanical equipment, low air resistance, power consumption of approximately 0.003kw/m3 waste gas.
3. Wide adaptability to working conditions: The equipment starts and stops very quickly, can be used and started as needed, and is not affected by temperature. It can operate normally below 250 ℃ and in foggy working conditions. Normal operation can still be achieved at ambient temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to+50 ℃.
4. Long service life of equipment: This equipment is composed of materials such as stainless steel, copper, molybdenum, epoxy resin, etc., which are resistant to oxidation and use anti-corrosion materials. The electrodes do not come into direct contact with exhaust gas, fundamentally solving the problem of equipment corrosion.
5. Simple structure: only electricity is needed, the operation is extremely simple, there is no need to send dedicated personnel to guard, and it basically does not occupy labor costs. No mechanical equipment, low failure rate, easy maintenance.
6. Wide application range: In the low-temperature plasma generated by dielectric barrier discharge, the electron energy is high, and almost all odor gas molecules can be degraded. This technology can be applied to many places that can produce foul odors, such as sewage treatment plants, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, sewage treatment, coatings, leather processing, photosensitive materials, automobile manufacturing, food processing plants, printing and dyeing plants, garbage treatment plants, public toilets, slaughterhouses, livestock farms, fish processing plants, feed processing plants, etc.
