The planetary drum extruder consists of a central spindle, planetary shaft, rolling material cylinder, housing, heating and cooling, and nozzle. The structure adopts a modular system with good flexibility. The contact area is five times larger than that of previous single axis and two axis extruders, and the cross-sectional shape is conducive to the high dispersion and uniformity of the melt, so high-quality products can be obtained.
The product is mainly used for thermal sensitive materials, providing discharge for hard and soft PVC rolling machines. It can also be used for extruding ABS, TPO, TPU, and filling mixtures of polyolefin smoke and adhesives. We have achieved results in the powder coating industry. The chemical and food industries are also expanding their applications. It has the characteristics of good plasticizing quality, excellent self-cleaning performance, high yield, and long service life.
Planetary screws are professionally applied to:
1. Production of hard PVC products: vacuum formed PVC sheets, medical PVC sheets, PVC magnetic card substrates, PVC poker card materials, PVC clock sheets, colored PVC sheets, etc.
2. Production of semi-rigid PVC products: semi-rigid PVC adhesive tape, printing cloth, advertising materials, lightbox cloth, decorative materials (wood grain film), etc.
3. Production of soft PVC products: soft PVC adhesive tape, various inflatable toys, raincoat materials, salt film, agricultural film, home textile packaging, etc.
