The pet food and aquatic feed production line is a high-end pet food processing equipment developed by Dayi to cater to the emerging pet supplies market. The entire production line is designed reasonably, configured flexibly, and has strong adaptability. It can produce crispy pet food, such as dog food, cat food, fish and bird feed, as well as monochrome or two-color bite adhesive pet food, truly achieving multi-purpose use in one machine.
This production line utilizes Dayi's unique twin-screw puffing and extrusion technology to make product cuts smoother and shapes more realistic. At the same time, our company has over ten years of processing experience in pet feed. We can also provide customers with solutions for pet feed processing. The production line consists of a powder mixer, puffing host, tractor, elevator, three-layer oven, and octagonal seasoning bucket. Dry and wet materials are mixed in the powder mixer and then fed into the puffing host. The twin-screw rotating in the same direction mixes and melts the materials, which are then heated and extruded from the mold. The cut products are then sent to a three-layer oven for drying by a blower. After being dried, the products are fed into a seasoning bucket for seasoning, resulting in pet feed with novel shapes, unique flavors, and colors.
