Working principle
Integration of three methods: vacuum attenuation method, water tracing method (optional), oxygen tracing method (optional).
- Vacuum attenuation method: Standard configuration.
- Sample installation: Place the packaging and its fixtures in the test chamber, cover the test chamber lid and seal it;
- Leak detection: After evacuating the storage space between the packaging and the testing chamber or fixture for a period of time, close the valve, monitor the pressure changes in the storage space, compare with the standard sample, and evaluate whether there is a large leak;
- Small leak detection: When there is no major leak in the packaging, the instrument automatically evacuates the storage space again; Close the valve, monitor the pressure changes of the storage space with sensors over time, compare with the standard sample, calculate the leakage rate and leakage aperture of the packaging, and evaluate the integrity of the packaging;
- Water tracinglaw: Optional.
- Sample installation: Place the packaging (containing water) into the testing chamber, cover it with the testing chamber lid and seal it;
- Pollution flushing: Dry nitrogen gas (carrier gas) flows at a fixed flow rate on the outside of the packaging, and releases the water vapor in the packaging space and the water vapor leaked from the packaging to the ambient atmosphere;
- Leakage measurement: Water vapor inside the packaging leaks from the packaging to the carrier gas outside the packaging; The carrier gas carries leaked water molecules to the trace water sensor; The sensor electrolyzes all the moisture in the carrier gas, measures the absolute water content, compares it with the standard positive sample, calculates the leakage rate and leakage aperture of the packaging, and evaluates the integrity of the packaging.
- Oxygen tracerlaw: Optional.
- Sample installation: Place the packaging (containing oxygen) into the test chamber, cover the test chamber lid and seal it;
