Brief introduction

The quality of the nozzle directly affects the performance of the machine, so designing and manufacturing nozzles with excellent performance is the key to the entire machine. Our company has specially designed a new type of 50PYC nozzle according to the needs of equipment matching. This nozzle can be equipped with 7 types of nozzles, with a flow rate of 13-68m3/h. It has good atomization performance, uniform spraying (combined spraying uniformity coefficient not less than 85%, wind speed less than 15m/s), reliable operation, extended service life, and can meet the needs of existing models.

This new type of vertical rocker arm nozzle has a different structure from previous vertical rocker arm nozzles. The old type nozzle has a single arm vertical rocker arm, and when reversing, another pair of reverse rocker arms is required to provide a bias effect to change direction. It is an intermittent reactive force nozzle. The new nozzle adopts a double rocker arm form, with a bidirectional guide plate installed on the vertical rocker arm. The water flow acts on different directions of the bidirectional guide plate to achieve forward and reverse rotation, thus realizing a continuous spraying mode that can spray normally in both directions. The rotation of the nozzle adopts a unique flat bearing form to achieve the requirement of flexible rotation. The stabilizing plate inside the stabilizing tube is integrated with the outer arm and is formed by aluminum alloy stretching, ensuring a smooth inner wall of the flow channel. The nozzle has a beautiful appearance and is made of a large amount of aluminum alloy material and hard plastic. It is lightweight and easy to operate. This nozzle has been tested by a specialized testing agency and its performance meets the design requirements, making it an ideal replacement product.
