The YF series PVC profile production line is mainly used for extruding PVC door and window profiles, wide door panels, and window sills. This production line can select different specifications of parallel (conical) twin-screw extruders according to different profile sections and molds, and configure corresponding auxiliary equipment such as vacuum forming tables, tractors, cutting machines, and flipping platforms.

The main extrusion capacity can be selected between 60 kilograms and 700 kilograms per hour. The tractor adopts our company's unique lifting technology, which works smoothly, has good reliability, and has high traction force. The vacuum chamber adopts a special enlarged hole flow cooling system type to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion. The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the traction speed, and all are controlled by imported PLC electrical control. The design is reasonable, the operation is stable, and it is equipped with a dust recovery device. According to different grinding tools, the shaping table can be selected in specifications such as 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, and 11 meters.
