PVC-U reinforced pipes are extruded from rigid polyvinyl chloride. It is a new type of buried drainage pipe developed based on PVC-U double wall corrugated pipe, HDPE double wall corrugated pipe, and HDPE double wall hollow ribbed winding pipe. As a new generation of drainage pipes, PVC-U reinforced pipes have been widely used in water and sewage projects in developed countries due to their scientific and reasonable I-beam structure, more reliable connection methods, and better resistance to external damage. They have gradually become the best alternative to concrete pipes.
The "Experimental Study on the Application of Ultra Rib PVC Pipe in Shanghai Municipal Sewage Engineering" organized by the Shanghai Municipal Engineering Management Bureau in 1996 and the "Application Study of PVC Super Reinforced Pipe Engineering" organized by the Shanghai Construction Committee in 1998 indicate that this PVC pipe is a high-quality new type of pipe that is fully suitable for the buried pipe process requirements under soft soil foundation conditions. 1. Having sufficient strength and high ring stiffness: easy to construct, with low requirements for backfill soil;

After testing, there was no water leakage when the interface was deflected by 2 ° or flattened by 5%. Therefore, when the foundation experiences uneven settlement, the pipeline undergoes significant deformation or lateral displacement, but there will be no pipe fracture or interface leakage, making it highly adaptable to soft soil foundations. The sealing ring is firmly placed between the two ribs and will not twist or deform during installation. Adopting hot forming expansion, the outer diameter of the socket is relatively small, and the change in ring stiffness is small, ensuring the reliability of the use process;
9. Good anti-aging performance: The elastic modulus of PVC-U material changes little with time, ensuring the long-term performance of the pipe;
