The pipe socket connection should be strictly operated according to the following procedures:

① Wipe the pipe socket and fitting socket clean before bonding connection.

② Measure the depth of the socket and mark it at the pipe end.

③ Apply adhesive first to the socket and then to the socket, with a uniform and appropriate coating.

④ Align with the direction, insert into the marked area at once, and rotate 1/4 turn.

⑤ Wipe off any remaining adhesive on the socket.

⑥ Let the bonded pipeline stand until the interface solidifies.

The safe use of adhesives should comply with the following regulations:

① Adhesives and cleaning agents should be used immediately upon opening, and should not be used by non operators.

② There should be no open flames at the bonding point, and ventilation should be good.

③ Construction should not be carried out below -10 ℃, and the bonding points should not be baked with fire.

④ Construction personnel should be equipped with gloves. When adhesive accidentally enters the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and take to the hospital for treatment.


Installation Instructions

Sawing and beveling:

The length of the saw pipe is determined layer by layer based on actual measurements and the dimensions of each connecting pipe fitting. It is advisable to use fine toothed saws, cutting knives, and pipe cutting machines as sawing tools. The fracture surface should be flat and there should be no deformation at the fracture surface. The socket part to be bonded can be filed with a medium plate file to form a 15 ° -30 ° groove. The groove length is generally not less than 3mm, and the groove thickness should be 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. After the groove is completed, the debris should be cleaned thoroughly.

Protection of socket:

After connecting the socket interface, the extruded adhesive should be wiped clean with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in a small amount of acetone or other cleaning agents. According to the properties of the adhesive and climatic conditions, let it rest until the interface is cured. The solidification time for winter construction should be appropriately extended.
