The SY-GLD1000 pan tilt scanning laser gas telemetry device is a new generation of explosion-proof gas leak monitoring equipment. Based on laser absorption spectroscopy technology, it is fixedly installed and automatically scanned to measure the concentration of gas to be detected at multiple preset positions in the workplace in a non-contact manner. Combined with real-time video images, it can comprehensively monitor gas leaks and locate the general location of leaks.
It can be widely used in workplaces that require monitoring of gas leaks, such as petroleum and petrochemical, natural gas, chemical, mining, and power plants. Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 in explosive gas environments and Zone A20, A21, and A22 in explosive dust environments.

working principle:
When the instrument is working, it emits a detection laser with a specific wavelength range (the center wavelength is also different for different gases being measured) to the outside. The detection laser encounters a reflector (such as the ground, valves, pipelines, walls, etc.) and undergoes diffuse reflection, with some of the laser returning to the detection unit of the instrument. In the beam path, if there is a gas mass formed by the leakage of the measured gas, the gas mass will absorb the detection laser. The ratio of unabsorbed light to absorbed light is proportional to the concentration of the gas mass, and the concentration of the gas mass can be inferred by calculating this ratio.
