They have the characteristics of good thermal stability, high filtration efficiency, and long service life. Mainly used for dust removal in various high-temperature flue gas conditions.
The selection of dust removal bags should be based on the temperature, humidity, and chemical characteristics of the gas; Factors such as particle size, weight, shape, dust concentration, filtration speed, cleaning method, emission concentration, and working system of bag filter. In general, needle punched felt is used for pulse jet bag type dust collectors, while woven fabric is used for chamber back blow bag type dust collectors or mechanical vibration bag type dust collectors. If the working condition is high temperature and requires acid and alkali resistance and humidity, high-temperature materials such as coated fluoromethane can be selected.
