Due to the better product strength, toughness, and heat resistance of PS sheets in low-temperature environments, this machine divides the heating control method into three stages based on this characteristic, starting from the feeding of the sheet, from low to high, to improve the production quality of the product.
The forming table and punching table of this machine are powered by hydraulic pressure, and the clamping force is applied, resulting in fast speed. And the punching table can move forward and backward (electrically adjustable) to meet the needs of different sizes of molds. The cutting die can be fine tuned left and right to make punching more accurate.
Mechanical arm part: It can move up and down, forward and backward according to the size of the mold (electrically adjustable), which can meet the needs of different sizes of molds. The suction cup of the mechanical arm can increase or decrease according to the number of products.
