GC Trace Component Collector
- Convenient for customers to collect samples of unknown odors
- The collected pure sample can be directly dissolved for further structural analysis
- It is an essential tool for flavor chemistry research and formula research
working principle
The target peaks in chromatography were collected in different adsorption tubes through software controlled retention time. Repeatedly enriched flavor or odor substances can be dissolved and subjected to structural analysis such as NMR, providing important structural information for flavor chemistry analysis and subsequent synthesis.
workflow
The end of the chromatographic column enters the FID and sample collection system through a splitter. The flow path of the sample collection system is controlled by opening/closing a valve. The vacuum pump is set at the other end of the valve. During sample collection, the valve is in an open state, and the compound components are adsorbed and collected by the adsorption tube. At the end of the collection, the valve automatically closes. Rotate the turntable to the next adsorption tube position.
