This pipe extrusion production line is used to produce three-layer PPR water supply pipes reinforced with glass fiber. PPR-GF (glass fiber) is a mixture of polypropylene random copolymer and glass filled polypropylene.

Application area: Pressure water supply pipeline. (Heating or cold water supply, used for heating)
Pipe diameter: Ø 16-63mm, Ø 75-110mm
The pressure reaches up to 25atm at 40 ° C. Use high temperature resistant up to 95 º C. Silent beam. No swelling or water bubbles;
When installed in combination with polypropylene fittings, it is quick and easy to install. Compared to PPR pipes, the linear thermal expansion coefficient is lower (75%).
