This PPR cold/hot water pipe production line is mainly used for producing PPR cold/hot water pipes or PE, PP, PERT, ABS and other pipe materials.

Production line features:
The high-efficiency extruder is designed specifically for PPR pipes, with a high-speed, low-noise reducer, a feed section with cooling device and reverse spiral groove, a variable pitch expansion screw, high output power, low melting temperature, and low energy consumption.
The distributed spiral composite extrusion die ensures uniform and stable melting pressure and flow rate, and the surface of the pipe is smooth and glossy.
The vacuum calibration and spray cooling tank made of stainless steel ensures precise calibration and rapid cooling.
Adopting a multi claw traction device and variable frequency speed regulation.
Equipped with a planetary knife. Capable of cutting large diameter and thick walled pipes.
