1、 Product Introduction:

Polypropylene (PP plastic): It is a high-density, side chain free, highly crystalline linear polymer with excellent comprehensive properties such as acid and alkali corrosion resistance.

The PP acid mist purification tower can effectively and thoroughly treat other acid-base mixed waste gases and water-soluble gases such as hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid mist, sulfuric acid mist, chromic acid mist, hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, alkali vapor, formalin, etc. For the treatment of corrosive gases (such as acid and alkaline waste gases), liquid absorption method is currently commonly used. The key to using liquid absorption method to treat this exhaust gas lies in the selection of purification equipment.

Gas is pressurized or sucked into the inlet section by a centrifugal fan, and the exhaust gas flows upward through gas-liquid counter current to reach the packing layer, where it reacts with the neutralizing liquid sprayed from the nozzle. After neutralization reaction, the exhaust gas continues to flow upward to the dehazing layer for dehazing and water purification, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe. According to various indicators of the exhaust gas, a filling layer and a spraying device can be added to make the exhaust gas more thoroughly purified and treat higher concentrations of acid mist gas.
