Characteristics and Applications:

Equipped with a dedicated single screw extruder for polyolefins, featuring high-speed extrusion and efficient plasticization. Professional polyolefin separation mixing screw. Three specially designed squeezing heads with reasonable clearance, smooth outer and inner walls of pipes, and low internal stress. Generate pipe diameters ranging from 20 to 160mm, with a production speed of up to 32 meters per minute.

One machine with multiple uses can produce ordinary PP-R, nano antibacterial pipes, PE-RT, PE-X, PP pipes. Adding a co extrusion host and mold on the original basis can produce PP-R fiberglass reinforced composite pipes.
