PNJ and PNJF pump series are single-stage single suction centrifugal lined rubber pumps, which can transport various types of solid slurry without sharp corners. The maximum concentration of the conveyed slurry shall not exceed 65% by weight, and the temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃. The two pump structures are the same, but the materials are different. The PNJF pump is specifically designed for transporting corrosive slurry. According to different purposes, the pump shafts of PNJ and PNJF pumps are made of high-quality carbon steel and nickel chromium steel, respectively. The sheaths are made of wear-resistant rubber, wear-resistant acid resistant rubber, and steel plates, respectively. The impellers are made of cast steel frame (25PN and 25PNJF pumps are made of cast iron frame) and are lined with wear-resistant rubber, wear-resistant acid resistant rubber, and rubber, respectively. PNJ and PNJF pumps have two different sealing structures: packing and impeller (25PNJ and 25PNJF pumps only have impeller sealing structure). The sealing structure is generally supplied as a packing seal. If the impeller seal is selected, it must be specified when ordering. When using impeller seals for pumps, the inlet filling height should not exceed 5 meters of water column (for 25PNJ and 25PNJF pumps, it should not exceed 1.5 meters of water column). The discharge ports of 2PNJB and 2PNJFB can rotate in different directions at 45 ° intervals. The outlet of 4PNJFB can rotate in different directions at 45 ° intervals within a range of 270 °. The discharge ports of 6PNJB and 6PNJFB can rotate in different directions at intervals of 30 degrees within a range of 270 degrees. The discharge ports of 25PNJ and 25PNJF can rotate in different directions at 90 ° intervals. Unless otherwise specified, the supply is always vertical towards the outlet.
