Working principle
The material to be separated is fed into the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifuge, the material is filtered through the filter cloth, and the liquid phase is discharged through the outlet pipe. The solid phase is trapped in the drum. When the material is full, the feed is stopped, the filter cake is washed and the washing solution is separated. The centrifuge continues to rotate and dry the filter cake. After the filter cake meets the separation requirements, the centrifuge slows down and scrapes off the filter cake with a scraper, and the bottom is discharged outside the machine. The centrifuge slows down again, and the pneumatic bag pulling device moves up and down to shake off the residual filter cake and reset for the next separation.
During the unloading process, the scraper moves, and under the action of the scraper, most of the material is discharged outside the machine through the feeding hole at the bottom of the drum. The residual material layer is generated by the automatic bag pulling mechanism inside the drum, which produces an oscillation effect and completely removes the residual material layer.
