The Qingdao Kunlun Sea Plastic Pipe Production Line mainly includes: single screw extruder, pipe mold, vacuum sizing water tank, spray cooling water tank, traction machine, cutting machine, and flipping table.
Extruder: Adopting a high-speed and efficient single screw extruder, the screw adopts a comprehensive mixing element with a barrier and mixing head, and the barrel adopts a new type of grain opening barrel. It is equipped with a low-noise fan, ceramic heating ring, high-speed hard tooth reduction gearbox, fully automatic vacuum feeding plasticization, and good mixing effect, ensuring high-speed and high-performance extrusion.
Identification line: The pipe identification line is extruded by a 30 single screw extruder through a composite mold.
Extrusion mold: The mold material is high-quality 40Cr, using internationally advanced spiral or blue die technology for stable and reliable extrusion. It adopts water film lubrication and water ring cooling to meet the requirements of PE materials and ensure the stability of diameter and roundness during high-speed production of thick walled pipes.
Vacuum sizing water tank: The barrel body is made of high hardness high-quality stainless steel plate, advanced water circulation, high-pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device, and precise water temperature and level automatic control system. The precise tin bronze sizing sleeve has the characteristics of fast pipe cooling speed and fast shaping. Up, down, left, and right can be adjusted in three dimensions, and cooling configurations of different lengths and quantities can be provided according to the specifications and speed of the produced pipes.
Spray cooling water tank: The tank body is made of stainless steel, with a transparent soft PVC door curtain on the outer cover, stainless steel floating ball water level adjustment, electric control water temperature adjustment, and nozzle material made of engineering plastic ABS. The frame is adjustable up and down, and the cover is equipped with a supporting wheel mechanism.
Tractor: Double track and multi track tractors are equipped according to the different pipe diameters and wall thicknesses. This machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation method, and each traction frame adopts chain separation to ensure consistent traction speed. Pneumatic and mechanical joint clamping is used, and the bearings adopt a seat centering structure, which can effectively reduce installation errors.
Cutting machine: chip free automatic cutting saw, with a smooth and flat cutting surface, using variable frequency speed regulation synchronous drive, high precision, and low noise. Large caliber pipes are cut using a fully automatic planetary cutting machine, synchronized with the production line. The saw blade position and cutting depth can be flexibly adjusted to ensure the reliability of the cutting saw.
