PE wood plastic board production line

The PE/PP building formwork production line is developed by our company by absorbing and digesting advanced extrusion technology from abroad and independently inventing and innovating. The thickness range of the board can reach 8-18mm, and the width of the board is 915-1220mm. Various supporting components of this production line equipment are made of world-renowned brand products, combined with our company's years of board equipment manufacturing technology and experience, making it more reliable and complete. Its production products have a smooth surface, small dimensional errors, and many advantages such as nailable, planing, corrosion resistance, and strong flame retardancy. With slight modifications, this production line can also produce LDPE or HDPE foam board (sheet) materials.

The PE/PP building formwork equipment unit consists of a single screw plastic extruder, an automatic vacuum feeder, a dehumidification and drying hopper, a sheet machine head, a three roll calender, a heating and leveling device, a roller cooling device, a cutting device, a traction machine, a shearing machine, a roller conveyor, etc. The unit has a compact structure and superior performance. The screw and screw barrel have been optimized and processed with high-performance alloy steel 38CrMoAiA, making the whole machine have the advantages of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion volume, high output, and long service life. The main engine screw is heated by a cast aluminum heater, cooled by air, and temperature controlled by precision electronic control instruments. The precise shaping and calendering device ensures excellent shaping of the board through its excellent adjustment function. The cutting part adopts a fixed length cutting device to ensure accurate length of the board
