Our plastic steel winding pipe production line has advanced design and fine workmanship. Adopting an efficient single screw extruder, coupled with advanced foreign gearboxes, it has low energy consumption and high output. Adopting PLC intelligent control, stable and reliable, with high degree of automation. We have developed a unique plastic steel composite technology that produces both strip and pipe materials simultaneously, forming them in one go. The strip is completely composite in HDPE without bubbles, detachment, or corrosion from other media. Equipped with independently developed compatible winding cages, it has strong compatibility, fast production speed for large-diameter pipelines, and stable quality. Two production lines can cover the full range of pipeline production for DN200-DN3000 diameters.


Product Display
The complete production equipment for polyethylene plastic steel winding pipes consists of a plastic steel composite strip production line and a pipe winding production line.
The plastic steel composite strip production line consists of a hanging belt machine, a shear welding machine, a storage belt machine, a straightening machine, a high-frequency heating mechanism, a single screw extruder, a strip operation control cabinet, a strip extrusion die, a strip shaping die, a shaping die, and a traction machine.
The pipe winding production line consists of a pipe operation control cabinet, welding rod material extruder, hot air gun heater, conveyor belt, winding cage, pipe cutting saw, and pipe conveyor.
The plastic steel composite strip adopts a unique one-time extrusion production process, which flattens, removes rust, and heats the strip through a straightening machine before entering the strip extrusion die of a single screw extruder to complete the structural composite of the two materials with molten high-density polyethylene in one go. After being shaped and cooled by a strip shaping die and shaping table, the strip is formed into a pipe by winding. The composite formed plastic steel winding pipe has the characteristics of stable structural dimensions and uniform and smooth coating.
