purpose
The PCT high-pressure accelerated aging test chamber is used to test the performance of products during storage, transportation, and use in high temperature, high temperature, high humidity, and pressure climate environments. It is mainly used to test the physical and other related properties of electrical and electronic products, components, parts, metal materials, and magnetic materials under simulated high temperature, high temperature, high humidity, and pressure climate conditions. After testing, the performance of the product can be judged through calibration to determine whether it can meet the requirements for product design, improvement, calibration, and factory inspection.

i. Patent type packing, when the pressure inside the box is higher, the packing will have back pressure to make it more tightly integrated with the box body. Unlike the traditional compression type that relies on external force from outside to inside, when the pressure inside the box is 1Kg/cm2, the box door will be sucked inward with a suction force of 1Kg/cm2 to achieve a sealing effect; When the pressure inside the box is 2Kg/cm2, the box door will attract inward with a suction force of 2Kg/cm2 to achieve a sealing effect; The degree of compression of the box door is completely determined by the pressure inside the box So as to better protect the box door and extend its lifespan
j. Before the experiment begins, the equipment will automatically extract the unsaturated air from the original inner box, ensuring that each test sample is completed in a saturated vapor environment and ensuring the consistency of the test results
