  • Simulate abnormal power cord
    When used in AC mode, the abnormality of the power line can be simulated by stopping the output of the PCR-LE2 series, voltage dip, and voltage pop. Can be used for testing rectifier power supplies and electronic instruments.

  • Various measurement functions
    The actual effective voltage/current, peak voltage/current, effective power/apparent power, and power factor that can be measured output. Can analyze the high-order harmonics of the output current (up to 40 times).

  • Timing function
    The output voltage/frequency/waveform can vary over time and can automatically perform power environment tests. In addition to AC output, it can also achieve timing for DC output and AC+DC output. It can set a resolution of 0.1ms and is equipped with initial phase setting, phase transition, jump function, and pause function.

  • Sensor detection, voltage compensation adjustment
    Even if the device is located far away from the load instrument, it can compensate for voltage drop and stabilize the voltage (effective value) at the load end. In sensor detection, there are hardware sensor detection and software sensor detection. It can be used differently according to load conditions and usage purposes.

  • Output current control
    By utilizing the optional (time, continuous) trip current limiting function, the output current (actual effective value) can be stably controlled to achieve continuous operation action. Under stable conditions of power facilities (distribution panels, circuit breakers, wiring facilities, etc.), power on tests can be conducted.

  • Energy saving function (power-saving function)

In addition to being used for testing that meets the latest standard requirements or a portion of preliminary testing, it is also possible to expand the set test conditions for pre-approval testing during the development phase, as well as for anti-interference margin tolerance testing.
*Note: In order to use this software, you will need at least 2.0 firmware version of PCR-LE.

PRODUCT FUNCTION

The PCR-LE2 series is based on the PCR-LE series and can switch between single-phase output/single-phase 3-wire output/three-phase output modes of the same capacity through panel operation with a single host.
Concentrating the same basic performance as the PCR-LE series, and implementing a common power unit with the PCR-LE series, it is easier to operate compared to individual systems such as single-phase/single-phase 3-wire/three-phase, and is conducive to the effective use of space. There are three models: 6kVA, 9kVA, and 27kVA.
