I. Overview
The kinetic energy generated by air flow is called wind energy, and the utilization of wind energy has become one of the important solutions to solve global energy problems. The storage of wind energy resources depends on the magnitude of wind speed in the region and the duration of effective wind speed. Therefore, high-precision measurement of wind speed is particularly important.
The PC-2FW multi-channel breeze monitoring system is a multi-channel wind speed tester developed by our company for high-end customers. The system consists of a microprocessor and a high dynamic characteristic hot film wind sensor. Accurate ventilation control ensures high-precision measurement of the sensor in a gentle breeze environment, which traditional commercial wind speed sensors cannot achieve. The system has the characteristics of accurate and reliable measurement, simple and convenient use and installation, low power consumption, and automatic fault alarm, making it a good choice for scientific research, monitoring, and teaching.

2、 Product Features
1. The PC-2FW multi-channel wind monitoring system adopts a high dynamic characteristic hot film wind sensor, which has the characteristics of small size, good stability, low power consumption, and is not affected by temperature and pressure. The basic principle of sensors is to use the principles of heat conduction and dissipation to make them, and the amount of heat released or absorbed by a gas is proportional to its mass. Structurally, it mainly includes heating resistors and temperature measuring resistors. The heater, as a heat source, is placed in the middle of the pipeline to increase the temperature of the measured fluid. Place a temperature measuring thermistor on each side of the heater to detect temperature changes on both sides. Combine the thermistor with two fixed external resistors to form a measuring bridge. When the gas is stationary, the measuring bridge is in a balanced state due to the symmetrical installation of temperature measuring resistors on both sides of the heater with equal resistance values; When gas flows, the symmetry of the temperature field distribution along the axial direction of the pipeline is disturbed and disrupted, causing the temperature at the front end of the heat source to be lower than that at the back end, resulting in a change in the resistance value of the temperature measuring resistor. The resistance values of the two temperature measuring resistors are unequal, causing the bridge to lose balance and output a DC voltage signal. When the specific heat of the measured medium is constant, the output DC voltage signal is proportional to the mass flow rate of the measured medium.
2. The entire system has the characteristics of simple and convenient use and installation, and adopts a low-power design. At the same time, in order not to affect the user's use of the system, a fault automatic alarm function is designed. Once a problem occurs, it can promptly remind the user to repair it.
3. The system adopts a high-performance microprocessor as the main control CPU and a large capacity data storage, which can continuously store more than 6000 pieces of data. Large screen Chinese character LCD display (one screen can display multiple wind speed measurement values). Light touch film button, industrial control standard design, portable anti vibration structure, suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.
4. The PC-2FW multi-channel breeze monitoring system software can run in Windows XP and above system environments, displaying real-time data from various sources. The system collects data and updates it every 10 seconds. The hourly data is automatically stored (storage time can be set) and connected to a printer to automatically print and store data reports. The data storage format is EXCEL standard format and can generate data charts for other software to call.
5. The system has power outage protection function, and stored data will not be lost after power outage. When the AC power is cut off, it can be automatically powered by rechargeable batteries. The system can be optionally equipped with a solar power supply system, which is used in combination with solar panels and battery packs to achieve long-term field operations.
6. The system is equipped with two communication interfaces: wired connection and wireless network communication. The wired transmission method includes: wired connection to the monitoring center PC through standard RS232/RS485/USB/RJ45 communication interfaces. Wireless transmission methods are divided into three types: short distance wireless data transmission, medium distance wireless data transmission, and long-distance wireless data transmission. The communication method can be flexibly matched according to the user's on-site usage situation, and the data transmission is reliable.
