T-2oxygenSensors and T-4oxygenThe oxygen range of the sensor during the warranty period is 0-10000 ppm. Therefore, they can easily perform short-term air exposure (containing 20.9% oxygen) for calibration!
Steven Kirchnavy founded Advanced Micro Instruments (AMI) in 1995 with the aim of bringing innovative gas measurement solutions to the market. At a time when most companies believed that the existing oxygen analysis technologies in the market were sufficient, AMI continued to develop and apply for multiple key innovations that would form the foundation of our product portfolio.
Due to our commitment to new innovation and focus on customer needs, AMI is recognized today as a brand for trace O2 analysis in natural gas and other important industries.
Our product portfolio also includes hydrogen sulfide and has recently expanded to include trace moisture analysis.
Mission Statement
AMI will provide gas analysis solutions for customers, and due to our technology, customer service, and after-sales service, we will exceed your expectations.

American AMI oxygen sensorT-seriesIncluding 2 highly specific oxygen sensorsT-2 andOxygen SensorT-4Provide high levels of accuracy, reliability, and linearity throughout the entire measurement range. In fact, we are a company in the world that produces PPM electrochemical oxygen sensors that can resist trace amounts of H2S. Our BULLET SENSOR TECHNOLOGY ™ sendT-4oxygenSensors can provide error free performance even when exposed to H. H2S levels can reach up to 500ppm. In addition, all of ourT-seriesSensors can withstand environments with 100% CO2. AMI ensures the resistance of our sensors to these problematic gases within their guaranteed product lifespan.
American AMI oxygen sensorP seriesCan provide and meet most of the requirements for oxygen content measurement. Our product portfolio includes 4 different electrochemical sensors and 1 zirconia sensor. All of these are using the BULLET SENSOR TECHNOLOGY we obtained ™ manufacture. They collectively provide a wide coverage range for oxygen applications. oursP-5The oxygen sensor can provide accurate O2 measurement even when immersed in up to 500ppm of H2S and/or 100% CO2 in the airflow. existP-5Throughout the entire warranty period of the sensor, it can be guaranteed to achieve this level of performance.P seriesOxygen sensors includeOxygen SensorP-2,P-3,P-4,P-5。
We will not include small batch testing as part of our quality system. Each oxygen sensor manufactured by AMI undergoes a series of performance tests. Each sensor undergoes 12 hours of independent testing, including response speed, noise, linearity, and day night performance. Afterwards, repeat the same set of tests while placing the sensor under a thermal stress test at 115 ° F. Within a few weeks after each sensor leaves the production line, two complete quality checks will be performed. All of this happens before any sensor is shipped to any customer.
AMI has set very strict testing standards for all of our oxygen sensors. And our standards surpass those of other manufacturers in the market. Therefore, clients from various industries view us as their oxygen analyzer.
We strongly recommend our clients to provide our servicesT-seriesandP seriesSensors are used together with AMI oxygen analyzers to ensure ease of measurement and user experience. If you have not yet used the technology in oxygen measurement, please contact us immediately to learn what changes our high-quality oxygen solutions can bring to your application.
