Sterilization principle
The KCF-T series ozone disinfection sterilizer used in this equipment utilizes the principles of electric vacuum technology and ozone theory. Its function is to establish a step-up transformer (electronic exciter) in the tomb electric field, which generates a negative pressure band through the discharge of two electrons in the electronic tube, and excites a certain amount of oxygen in the air into ozone. The process of generating ozone can be succinctly summarized as the interaction between excited molecules, dissociated atoms, free radicals, and other active particles generated by accelerating the inelastic collision between electrons and molecules.
Ozone is an allotrope of oxygen, composed of three oxygen atoms. Due to the theoretical characteristics of ozone, it is determined that ozone has strong bactericidal ability and is a broad-spectrum fungicide. In addition, ozone has a certain purifying effect on harmful gases in the air and can generate a certain amount of newly generated oxygen in the air. For example, the interaction between ozone and nitric oxide produces oxygen and nitrogen dioxide, while the interaction between nitrogen dioxide and oxygen atoms produces nitric oxide and oxygen. From the overall reaction perspective, ozone is a catalyst for nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide.
The KCF-T series ozone disinfection sterilizer produces a certain concentration of ozone that has significant oxidative damage to the internal structure of bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms, thereby achieving the killing of bacterial reproductive bodies, hepatitis B virus spores, fungi, protozoan cysts, and other viruses. At the same time, ozone also has strong functions in removing organic odors such as mold, fishy smell, and odor, and has a significant preservation effect on vegetables and fruits, especially in sterilization and inoculation of edible fungi, pest control of grains, and preservation.
