Oxygen flame arresters are widely used in oxygen transport pipelines in industries such as metallurgy and chemical engineering. They can effectively cut off the fire source caused by the rapid friction between debris and pipe walls in high-speed airflow, and prevent pipeline explosion accidents from occurring. Users can directly weld and connect this product to the appropriate part of the oxygen pipeline for operation. This flame arrester is suitable for use as a flame arrester in oxygen pipelines with a diameter of DN15-500mm and a working pressure not exceeding 4MPa. There are two connection methods: flange and welding.
FP-XT type oxygen flame arrester and FPV-XT type oxygen flame arrester are respectively used in front of and behind the valve, and are welded with special copper alloy and stainless steel. It can effectively prevent the "adiabatic compression" that is easily formed when the oxygen pipeline valve suddenly opens, causing a sudden rise in local temperature and becoming a source of ignition energy; It can prevent high-speed moving particles (such as rust, dust, welding slag, etc.) from rubbing and colliding with the pipeline behind the valve under the pressure difference before and after the valve, generating sparks and becoming ignition energy. The use of flame arresters can quickly block the source of fire and prevent the occurrence of combustion accidents in pipelines.
