2. Environmental monitoring: 1-3 smoke alarms, 1-3 access control alarms, 1 water immersion alarm, 1-3 indoor temperature and humidity, 1 outdoor temperature, mains power failure, air conditioning failure
3. Real time recording of fault information, or timed sampling to record environmental conditions
4. Upper computer communication: RS232/RS485 communication is optional
