Process flow of organic fertilizer treatment for kitchen waste

3) After being "crushed and dehydrated", kitchen waste is transported to the fermentation bin through an automatic conveying channel as solid residue;

4) After 8-24 hours of fermentation treatment, the solid residue is converted into organic fertilizer and discharged from the discharge outlet;

5) The gas generated during the fermentation process is discharged in compliance with standards after passing through a deodorization system;

6) The oil and fat separated from oil-water should be regularly recycled by qualified units.

Effective viable bacterial count (cfu) ≥ 20 million/g, organic matter (on a dry basis) ≥ 25.0%, moisture ≤ 30.0%, pH value 5.5-8.5, fecal coliform count ≤ 100/g (mL), and roundworm egg mortality rate ≥ 95%. The content indicators of As, Cd, Pb, Cr, and Hg in bio organic fertilizer products should comply with the provisions of 4.2.3 in NY/T 798-2004. All other indicators comply with the regulations of NY 884-2012.
