There are many feeding machines that can be used with ordinary punching machines. The key to choosing is still the stamping industry. After understanding their own material width, thickness, feeding step distance, speed requirements, and other stamping processes, they can choose based on their budget investment.

1、 NC servo feeder with ordinary punch press

Advantages: The feeding machine has high feeding accuracy, simple operation settings (7-inch touch screen operation), long feeding step distance (up to 0-10 meters), multi-stage feeding function, wide material width and applicability, and high degree of customization.
2、 Roller feeder with ordinary punching machine

Advantages: Pure mechanical structure, no need for additional electricity or gas source, fast feeding speed, and low failure rate.
Disadvantages: Ordinary punching machines require an output shaft for installation, and the feeding step distance needs to be within 300mm. The operation and debugging are relatively complicated, and the technical requirements for operators are relatively high.
3、 Three in one feeding machine with ordinary punching machine

Advantages: It integrates three functions: unwinding, leveling, and CNC feeding. When used alone with a regular punch press, it forms a complete production process. It has a compact structure, small footprint, high leveling and feeding accuracy, easy operation, low labor intensity, low failure rate, and low technical requirements for operators.
