Before starting up, check whether each transmission component rotates flexibly and whether there is any jamming phenomenon. Lubricating oil should be added to the machine base.
2. Scrape the test piece (the molding and curing of the test piece shall be carried out according to the method specified in Article 6 of JC/T961-2005 (or the original JC/T 421-91) or the specified specifications for the test) with the flat surface facing downwards, place it on the horizontal turntable of the wear-resistant machine, make positioning marks, and gently tighten it with a fixture.
3. Set the pressure head load to 20ON (without adding weights), set the rotation speed on the electrical control box to 30 revolutions, adjust the suction device above the specimen, and then start pre grinding (pre grinding is to improve the contact between the specimen and the grinding head, remove the surface slurry, and the pre grinding rotation speed can change the strength and surface flatness of the specimen).
4. After grinding, remove the specimen, clean the powder particles, weigh it with a balance, and use this amount as the original mass g1 of the specimen. Remove any residual particles and dust on the horizontal turntable.
5. Place the pre ground test piece back on the horizontal turntable to its original installation position, flatten it, and secure it tightly. Determine the pressure head load according to the test requirements, then turn on the machine and grind it for 40 revolutions, remove the specimen, sweep away dust, and weigh g2.
6. Calculate the wear amount accurately to 0.01kg/m2

matters needing attention:

3. If any abnormal sound is detected during use, the machine should be stopped immediately and the cause should be identified and the fault eliminated before use
Purpose:
Mainly used for abrasion resistance testing of cement mortar, it can also be used for abrasion resistance testing of building materials such as concrete and stone.
Maintenance and upkeep:
1. After each test, the wear-resistant machine must be cleaned thoroughly, and exposed non painted parts should be wiped with rust proof oil to prevent rust.
2. 40 # mechanical oil should be added to the machine base, reaching the center of the oil mark, and the rest of the oil rope lubrication points should be lubricated with oil. Change the oil after using the new machine for one month, and then change the oil every six months. Lubricate the oil rope once every shift.
When the quality of the flower wheel pieces on the flower wheel grinding head is worn down to 0.5g, the inner and outer positions of the same group of flower wheel pieces should be exchanged. When another 0.5g is worn down, it should be eliminated.
4. The brush on the dust collection tube should be able to brush the surface of the specimen. If the dust collection quality is affected by the wear of the brush, it should be replaced.
5. The debris in the dust collection cylinder of the dust collector should be removed regularly, and it is recommended to remove it after every five tests.
Structural principle:
It consists of three parts: the host, vacuum cleaner, and electrical control box.
The host is the working part of the wear-resistant machine, and the movement of the horizontal turntable and spindle is powered by an electric motor. The output end of the motor is driven by two transmission chains to rotate the horizontal turntable and the main shaft respectively, and the transmission ratio between the main shaft and the horizontal turntable is 35:1.
The head load is composed of the weight of the spindle (including the grinding head) and the weight of the weights added together. When the head load is 200N, it is the weight of the spindle. When the head load is 300N, add one weight to the weight seat. When the head load is 400N, add two weights to the seat (note: regardless of whether weights are added, the bolts, nuts, and washers on the weight seat should be retained, otherwise it will affect the head load).
The lifting stroke of the spindle is determined by the lift of the planar cam. When the handle is turned counterclockwise, the spindle descends, and vice versa.
The horizontal turntable is equipped with a clamp that can clamp the specimen. The clamp consists of four clamps, two fixed and two adjustable. The adjustable clamp can be tightened with a socket wrench to move and clamp or loosen the specimen. When the product leaves the factory, the assembled fixtures are used for concrete wear resistance testing. If the user conducts cement mortar wear resistance testing, they must replace the fixtures used for mortar wear resistance testing.
The function of a vacuum cleaner is to suck away the dust that is ground during operation at any time.
The electrical control box is used to control the power supply and the actual rotation speed of the horizontal turntable. It is equipped with a power voltage monitoring meter, a 0-999 digital automatic control device, and an automatic parking device. The rotation speed of the horizontal turntable can be pre-set. After turning on the machine, the cam under the horizontal turntable presses the lower finger post. With each rotation, the signal is received by the proximity switch and sent to the control box. When the horizontal turntable reaches the set speed, it will automatically stop.
