Adjustment instructions: Loosen the two screws on the lifting group, and the CCD connector can rotate 360 °, which can be used to adjust the direction of the CCD; Simultaneously loosen the three screws of the parts with rolling patterns and rotate them to achieve high and low focal planes. The top three screws of the instrument can be used for adjusting the CCD target surface when it is not centered.
Single cylinder center adjustment method:
1. The premise is that the lens must be synchronized, which means that the focus must be adjusted properly. That is to say, when the lens is from 0.75X-5X, the entire magnification is clear: "When adjusting the magnification to the maximum, adjust the working distance of the lens, that is, lift the entire lens up and down, to make the image clear. Then slowly adjust the magnification to a low magnification, the image may be blurred. At this time, adjust the CCD interface with a corrugated handwheel to make the image clearest. Here, you need to loosen the 5 screws that lock the CCD interface. This whole step can be repeated 1-2 times. After adjusting the synchronization, lock the 5 screws.
2. First, adjust the lens to high magnification and make a mark at the center point (referred to as 1 point) of the monitor screen. Move the center point of the imaging (the center of the object) to point 1.
3. Adjusting the magnification of the lens to a low magnification will cause the center of the object to shift to another position on the display, where we will mark it (referred to as 2 points)
4. So let's turn the lens to magnification, move the center of the image by 2 points, and then turn the magnification of the lens to a lower magnification. At this point, we adjust the center of the object's imaging at that position to 1 point using three screws (three for the segment and one for the CCD thread) that can be adjusted through the CCD interface. This completes the adjustment of the entire center.
5. Actually, 2 o'clock is the center point of the lens, so it is necessary to adjust it to move 2 o'clock to 1 o'clock in order for the center of the object to coincide with the center of the lens.
