Online Three Gas Analysis System (CO/CO2/CH4)Based on non dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, the furnace condition is diagnosed by synchronously analyzing CO, CO2, and CH4, and the carbon potential is calculated using the measured data. It can be compared and verified with an oxygen probe, objectively evaluating the furnace condition and meeting the requirements of CQI-9 standard for atmosphere verification.
