1、 Function IntroductionThis production line is a fully automatic one to two mask machine, with one main machine driving two ear strap machines. The model is EP-K-103.
After the main machine outputs the mask body, the mask body sheet is conveyed to the flipping mechanism by the conveyor belt structure. The mask plate is flipped onto the conveyor belt connected to the ear belt machine through a flipping mechanism, and then the mask pieces are conveyed to the top of the first mask plate on the front of the ear belt machine through the conveyor belt. Finally, the mask pieces are placed into the mask plate of the ear belt machine by the cylinder downward pressure. Subsequently, the ear belt machine completes the ear belt welding, edge wrapping and other actions of the mask, thus completing the production of an ear belt mask product.
This machine adopts PLC and touch screen control. The main conveyor belt adopts single-phase motor conveying and stepper motor flipping, with precise transmission, stable control, and adjustable speed.
