Oilfield dosing device
In oilfield development, factors such as oil viscosity, wax deposition, and corrosion are often encountered, especially during high water cut periods. Corrosion brings great difficulties to production. To address these issues, adding drugs (such as demulsifiers, scale inhibitors, fungicides, corrosion inhibitors, surfactants, coagulants, coagulants, and deoxidizers) is currently an effective and feasible management method. The BHJY type oilfield dosing device is a complete set of automated dosing equipment developed and produced by Shanghai Baoheng Pump Industry Manufacturing Co., Ltd. according to the requirements of adding various chemical agents to the wellhead and other systems on the platform for treatment during oilfield exploitation. This device can add various chemical treatment agents.
Introduction to Common Medications
1. demulsifier (demulsifier to reduce viscosity) Principle: For crude oil with water content, if the viscosity significantly increases due to the formation of a water in oil emulsion, a demulsifier can be used to break the emulsion and reduce viscosity. At the same time, a water wetting film can be formed on the surface of the rod and tube to reduce drag. Usage: Suitable for oil wells with low viscosity of crude oil, with a dosage of 100-200mg/l. 2. Corrosion inhibitor Principle: Corrosion inhibitors form a layer of adsorption film, precipitation film or oxide film on the metal surface, separating the metal surface from water and providing protection. Usage: Continuous dosing is used to improve the effectiveness of the corrosion inhibitor. The dosage is 50-100mg/t, and the dilution ratio is at least 3 times. 3. Scale inhibitor Principle: Add the scale inhibitor solution to the reinjection water to inhibit the formation of scale. Scaling of oilfield water is an inevitable problem in oilfield production, which becomes increasingly prominent with the increase of oilfield water output. Scaling seriously affects oilfield production. The oil extraction process adopts sewage reinjection treatment, and the reinjection water contains a large amount of calcium, magnesium, strontium, and barium ions, which correspondingly brings problems such as calcium and magnesium scaling and corrosion of pipelines. The scaling of water injection pipelines can cause malfunctions such as pipe blockage, pump jamming, and increased water injection pressure, leading to serious hazards such as decreased water injection efficiency and significantly reduced oil well production. Therefore, when conducting wastewater reinjection in oil fields, it is necessary to add scale inhibitors to the reinjection water. There are currently three types of products: organic phosphonic acids, carboxylic acids, and polymers. 4. Wax remover: used to remove wax from the surface of the rod tube. Principle: Composed of organic solvents (mixed benzene, light oil, alcohol ether) and active agents Usage: Intermittent addition of the original solution, dosage, and dosing cycle determined by the degree of wax deposition. Caution: Do not dilute with hot water. For wells with severe wax deposition or incomplete wax removal, regular high-dose dosing or hot washing is required.
