Working principle

The dual axis plastic shredder uses two sets of rotors with shredder blades to rotate relative to each other in the equipment chamber, and uses the principle of contracting the angle between the two axes to squeeze the material entering the chamber. Due to the special design of the blades, the material entering the angle between the two axes is fixed by the blade edges, further creating conditions for the contraction of the angle. After the material reaches the yield strength under force, the material begins to fracture between the blades, thus completing the shredding effect.
