1. The air inlet and outlet equipment pipelines are made of 1.2mm galvanized full welding.
2. The detached exhaust gas pipeline is made of galvanized round pipe stainless steel.
3. The thickness of the adsorption carbon box should be at least 80mm (with aluminum silicate insulation inside).
4. All selected valves are heavy-duty butterfly valves according to national standards, and it is strictly prohibited to use simple single cylinder push-pull valves.
5. The detachment air volume mainly comes from the heat exchanger.
6. Desorption temperature is 65-90 degrees Celsius.
7. Platinum catalyst should be used as the catalyst.
8. The exhaust detection platform needs to be installed according to * * * standards.
9. The control system displays the historical curve of each process within 2 years, making it convenient for relevant departments to observe the operation status.
10. The safety system must be sufficiently comprehensive, and emergency response facilities must be equipped in case of fire incidents. Explosion proof devices must be installed for high-temperature equipment.

This project mainly includes the design, production, supply, installation, and commissioning of the following contents:
Waste gas treatment equipment (renewable adsorption materials and online desorption, as well as explosion-proof, lightning protection grounding, electronic control, and safety systems supporting the treatment system).
