Ensure that the cooling medium with constant pressure and flow rate continuously flows through the heat exchanger for heat exchange, and then enters the cooled device to take away heat after heat dissipation. The temperature rising water returns to the inlet of the high-pressure circulation pump. In order to meet the requirements of high-power electronic power equipment under high voltage conditions and prevent leakage current in high voltage environments, the cooling medium must have extremely low conductivity. Therefore, a deionized water treatment circuit is connected in parallel to the main circulation circuit. A certain flow rate of cooling medium is pre-set to flow through the ion exchanger, continuously purifying the ions that may be generated in the pipeline. Then, it merges with the cooling medium of the main circulation circuit through a buffer tank at the inlet of the main circulation pump. The nitrogen stabilization system connected to the buffer tank maintains the filling of the cooling medium in the system pipeline and isolates the air.
