1、 Product Introduction:

2、 Working principle:
The stable flow tank type non negative pressure water supply equipment is directly connected to the municipal pipeline network, and is connected in series with stacked water supply based on the remaining pressure in the municipal pipeline network.
(1) Variable frequency constant pressure water supply: When the municipal pipeline supply exceeds the user's water consumption, the stable flow tank type non negative pressure water supply equipment uses variable frequency constant pressure water supply. At this time, a certain amount of pressurized water is stored in the stable flow tank.
(2) Eliminating negative pressure: When the user's water consumption increases, the pressure at the connection between the municipal pipeline network and the stabilizing tank decreases. When the pressure drops below the relative pressure of 0, negative pressure is formed in the stabilizing tank, and the inlet valve of the vacuum suppressor opens, allowing the atmosphere to enter the stabilizing tank. At this point, the steady flow tank is equivalent to an open water tank with a free liquid surface, with pressure equal to the atmosphere and negative pressure eliminated. When the water level drops to the set value, the liquid level controller transmits a control signal to the control system in the variable frequency control cabinet, which controls the pressurization unit to stop working and the user to stop water supply; When the user's water consumption decreases, the water level in the steady flow tank rises, and the gas is discharged from the vacuum suppressor exhaust valve. After the pressure returns to normal, the pressurization unit automatically restarts to restore water supply.
(3) Water stop and shutdown function: When the municipal pipeline network stops water supply, the booster unit will automatically stop running under the control of the liquid level controller. After the municipal pipeline network resumes water supply, it will automatically start and resume normal water supply.
(4) Low flow sleep function: When the user does not use water or uses very little water, the device automatically enters a sleep state (shutdown) and maintains water supply pressure. When the user resumes using water, the system automatically wakes up and resumes normal water supply.
(5) Continuing water supply during power outage: When the community experiences a power outage, the municipal pipeline network will continue to supply water to users in the lower area, and the water supply will not stop during the power outage. After the equipment is restored to power supply, it will automatically start and resume normal water supply.
3、 Installation instructions:
1. The equipment should be installed on a foundation with a strength of not less than C20 and have drainage facilities and maintenance channels around it;
2. The installation location of the equipment should be chosen in a relatively dry environment, avoiding outdoor environments to prevent damage to electrical components;
3. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation;
4. During installation, pipelines are not allowed to be added to the pump to prevent deformation and affect normal operation;
5. Connect in order according to the installation drawings, seal the connections, and do not forcefully install. When the diameter of the main pipe is large, support should be added to avoid stress;
6. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump;
7. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use;
8. The experimental pressure of the pipeline system is 1.5 times the rated pressure and maintained for more than 5 minutes. During the pressure testing process, there must be no cracks, dripping, leakage, or seepage in the pipeline system;
9. If a check valve is installed in the discharge pipeline, it should be installed outside the gate valve;
10. The installation methods of pumps are divided into rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation.
