IIIArchitectural Overview

The outer shell of this product is made of steel plate, with a surface sprayed with plastic. The workshop is made of stainless steel plate, which is durable. The outer door is equipped with an observation window and a double-layer insulated glass door, making it easy to observe the experimental situation inside the box.

Adopting an intelligent microcomputer controller, it is easy to operate and can set multiple parameters (time, temperature) to simulate the natural environment. The box adopts axial flow fan for forced convection, improving the temperature uniformity performance inside the box

The lighting adopts LED lights, which are energy-saving, durable, and easy to maintain.

4、 Fault handling

1. When the temperature sensor malfunctions, the upper row of the temperature indicator window displays "□□□" when the measured temperature is above 60 ℃ or when there is an open circuit. When the temperature is below -5 ℃, the lower row of the temperature indicator window displays "□□□". When the above situation occurs, all outputs except for lighting will be automatically turned off. Please carefully check the wiring in the above situation. If there is no problem with the wiring, please replace the sensor.

1. Alarm function, AP is a value alarm. When the temperature measurement value is greater than AP ℃, the buzzer beeps, the alarm indicator light stays on, the lighting is turned off, the heating is turned off, and the cooling is turned on. If the alarm is not eliminated after 1 minute, the cycle window displays "tr", and the controller will automatically cut off the main switch K. If this situation occurs, restart the controller, otherwise the controller will not work properly. So, if the temperature inside the box is higher than the AP ℃ set value when the machine is just turned on, and the cooling of the compressor is still slow after running for 1 minute, causing the temperature measurement value to still be higher than AP ℃, the controller will automatically cut off K and cannot automatically restore it. The controller needs to be restarted. At this point, the AP can be appropriately increased, and after the temperature control stabilizes, the AP can be adjusted back to its original set value.

1. During the transportation of this product, it is prohibited to invert or tilt it at an angle greater than 45 degrees.

2. Do not frequently set the temperature and humidity during use to avoid overloading and affecting the lifespan of the compressor caused by frequent start-up.

3. This product has thermal resistance short circuit and open circuit protection. When the thermistor short circuits or breaks, the machine automatically stops heating or cooling.

4. The cultivation items inside the box should not be stored too much and should be placed with gaps to facilitate air circulation inside the box.

5. Do not touch or collide with the temperature and humidity sensors inside the box to avoid damage and loss of control.

6. Do not use acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive solutions to wipe the surface. Use a dry step to clean it.

7. When the equipment is not in use, the box should be kept dry and the power should be cut off to set all switches to the 0 position.

8. This product is operated and maintained by professional personnel, and non electrical personnel are not allowed to repair the equipment. It is strictly prohibited to carry out point maintenance.
