1、 Preface
The scarcity of human water resources has promoted the development of water treatment technology, and the addition of chemicals is a commonly used technical measure in water treatment engineering. However, in many water treatment projects, outdated dosing equipment leads to tedious manual operations, waste of high-value chemical agents, and even affects the efficiency of enterprises.
In order to develop China's water treatment and environmental protection industry, our factory has jointly developed a series of power plant dosing devices and a new automatic dosing device (JAY-0.2/2.9) with Hunan Electric Power Survey and Design Institute and Chongqing Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute, including JSL phosphate dosing device, JSA desalinated water ammonification device, JSA-Z automatic feedwater ammonification device, JSLA water addition and hydrazine addition device, phosphate dissolution device, etc.
The power plant dosing series is suitable for water treatment dosing of units below 300MW, and the dosing amount can be adjusted freely. JY-0.2/2.9 and JY-02/1.0 automatic dosing equipment are suitable for water treatment plants of various scales, such as circulation systems with water volumes ranging from several tons to tens of thousands of tons per hour.

Power plant dosing series:
1. This equipment is a novel power plant dosing device used for boiler water treatment, condensate water treatment, and other industrial water dosing treatments. All equipment and pipeline valves of the device are centrally installed on steel supports, which have the advantages of compact structure, small footprint, and easy transportation and installation.
2. The main equipment adopts FZM series corrosion-resistant metering pump, which adopts a special and simple sealing method, thus having good corrosion resistance and no leakage, and can meet the requirements of strongly corrosive media.
3. A pipeline filter is installed at the inlet of the dosing system, which ensures the complete flow of the medium at the inlet of the metering pump, while also improving the reliability of operation and extending the service life of the equipment.
3、 Selection Notice
JSL type phosphate dosing device
1. This device is suitable for adding phosphate to the steam drum of units of 300MW and below in thermal power plants. It is a set of equipment shared by two boilers, with a total of three dosing pumps, one of which is a backup and operates on a unit basis.
2. This equipment is supplied as a complete set, and all equipment parts are centrally installed on a steel base.
3. Users should specify the pressure rating of the airbag when placing an order.
4. This device comes in two types: stainless steel (lCr18Ni9Ti) and ordinary carbon steel, which users can freely choose from.
5. According to the specific situation of each project, in accordance with the requirements of the equipment foundation drawing and the equipment installation drawing, connect the desalination water pipe or condensate water pipe, sewer drainage pipe, and the power switch of the phosphate solution pipe and metering pump to the boiler drum.
6. A perimeter should be set around the device, and a drainage floor drain should be installed in the middle of the perimeter.
JSA desalinated water ammonia addition device
1. This device is suitable for ammonia treatment of desalinated water to increase its pH value. Each device is equipped with two dosing pumps, which are mutually backup. The dosing point is the inlet or outlet main pipe of the desalinated water pump.
2. This device is supplied as a complete set, and all equipment is centrally installed on a steel base.
3. This device comes in two types: stainless steel (lCr18Ni9Ti) and ordinary carbon steel, which users can freely choose from.
4. This device is arranged in the chemical water treatment room. According to the requirements of the equipment foundation drawing and the design installation drawing, connect the desalinated water pipe, sewer drainage pipe to the ammonia addition pipe of the desalinated water pump inlet or outlet main pipe, and the power wiring and switch of the metering pump.
5. A perimeter should be set around the device, and a drainage floor drain should be installed in the middle of the perimeter.
JSA-Z type automatic ammonia addition device for water supply
1. This device is suitable for ammonia treatment of feedwater for units of 300MW and below in thermal power plants. It can be automatic or manual, with one set of equipment shared for every two units. There are three dosing pumps in total, two in operation and one standby, and it operates on a unit system.
2. This equipment is supplied as a complete set, and all equipment is centrally installed on a steel base.
3. This device comes in two types: stainless steel (lCr18Ni9Ti) and ordinary carbon steel, which users can freely choose from.
4. According to the specific situation of each project, in accordance with the requirements of the equipment foundation drawing and equipment installation drawing, connect the desalination water pipe or condensate water pipe, sewer drainage pipe to the chlorine liquid pipe of the deaerator sewer, and the power wiring and switch of the metering pump.

JSLA type water supply and hydrazine addition device
1. This device is suitable for the treatment of feed water with hydrazine for units of 300MW and below in thermal power plants. Every two units share a set of devices, with three dosing pumps installed, two in operation and one standby, operating on a unit basis. This device can be controlled manually or automatically according to user requirements.
2. This device is supplied as a complete set, and all equipment is centrally installed on a steel base.
3. This device comes in two types: stainless steel (1018Ni9Ti) and ordinary carbon steel, which users can choose freely.
4. According to the requirements of the equipment foundation drawing and equipment installation drawing, connect the desalination water pipe or condensate water pipe, sewer discharge pipe to the deaerator drain pipe, and connect the power wiring and switch of the metering pump.
5. A perimeter should be set around the device, and a drainage floor drain should be installed in the middle of the perimeter.
Phosphate dosing device
1. This device is suitable for dissolving phosphate in the water treatment room first, and then sending it to the solution tank of the phosphate dosing device in the main plant building. Each device is equipped with two electric stirring dissolution tanks, two conveying pumps, and a filtering device.
2. This device is supplied as a complete set.
3. According to the requirements of the equipment foundation diagram and equipment installation diagram, connect the desalination water pipe, sewer drainage pipe to the phosphate conveying pipe and power supply wiring and switch of the conveying pump in the main plant building.
4. A perimeter should be set around the device, and a drainage floor drain should be installed in the middle of the perimeter.
Automatic dosing device
1. This device is suitable for various water treatment devices and circulating water systems of different sizes. It uses high-quality metering pumps for accurate and uniform dosing. Outdoor dosing devices are equipped with dust and rain covers to ensure safer and more reliable operation.
2. This device is supplied as a complete set.
3. The selection of this device can be based on the dosage of JY0.2-200/2.9 and JY-0.2-80/2.9.
