The new sleeve compensator adopts a new sealing material flexible graphite ring, which has the characteristics of high strength, low friction coefficient (0.04-0.10), no aging, good effect, and easy maintenance.

The new sleeve compensator has a long service life and fatigue life comparable to pipelines. The sliding surface of the sleeve type compensator/tube type expansion joint has been treated, and its performance is better in environments such as salt water and salt solution, which is more than 50 times higher than that of austenitic stainless steel. At the same time, if the sealing effect of the sleeve type compensator/tube type expansion joint is weakened due to wear, the flange can be tightened again to enhance the sealing performance. Alternatively, the bolt of the tube type expansion joint can be loosened, the pressure ring can be removed, and one or two layers of sealing rings can be installed to tighten the pressure ring and continue to be used.

The new sleeve compensator is divided into unidirectional and bidirectional compensation structures, with the bidirectional feature being that the medium flows into the compensator from any end. The sliding sleeves at both ends of the new sleeve compensator always slide freely, achieving bidirectional compensation and increasing the compensation amount.
