The main component of natural gas is CH4 (methane), which is colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and non corrosive. It also includes a certain amount of ethane, propane, and heavy hydrocarbons, as well as small amounts of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and sulfides. Natural gas is not only a high-quality fuel, but also a raw material for the production of chemicals such as acetaldehyde, acetylene, ammonia, carbon black, ethanol, formaldehyde, hydrocarbon fuels, hydrogenated oil, methanol, nitric acid, synthesis gas, and vinyl chloride.
The natural gas specific gas chromatograph launched by Tate Instruments can quickly detect the composition and content of natural gas, and calculate the calorific value of the sample through dedicated software. It is a commonly used analytical equipment for natural gas companies, gas appliance manufacturers, gas appliance measurement departments, scientific research, environmental protection, and gas distribution units.

Product Characteristics
1. This instrument is a customized model specifically designed for natural gas, equipped with a six way injection valve and a natural gas specific chromatographic column. It can be used for the detection of substances such as methane, ethane, propane, nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide in natural gas.
2. The instrument adopts mechanical stabilizing valves and flow stabilizing valves to ensure the stability of the carrier gas pressure and flow rate, and improve the testing accuracy and stability of the instrument. The repeatability error of the test results can reach 2%, which is better than the 3% specified by the national standard.
3. The column temperature box adopts a brand new microcomputer temperature control system with a built-in high-sensitivity temperature sensor, which accurately controls the temperature rise and fall through the system. It has six completely independent temperature control systems with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃. It can achieve a 21 stage 21 platform program temperature rise, enabling the device to handle large-scale sample analysis; The column box is equipped with an automatic rear door opening system, which improves the accuracy of low-temperature control and accelerates the speed of temperature rise/fall;
4. The instrument has computer reverse control function and can be directly connected to the computer. The instrument can be operated through our company's independently developed network version chromatography workstation software(zuiIt supports 253 units and can be equipped with a dedicated calorific value chromatography workstation. In addition to analyzing the content of natural gas components, it can also calculate the corresponding calorific value.
5. Instrument configuration, built-in IP protocol stack, can upload test data to the computer of the field laboratory, department head and superior leaders through the enterprise LAN or the Internet, so that each department can monitor the operation and test results of the instrument in real time. It can directly connect with the manufacturer through the Internet to realize remote diagnosis of gas chromatograph, remote program update, etc.
