Nanchang fan manufacturerAt the beginning of the fan's operation, the vibration of the bearing part is very small. However, as the operating time increases, the dust inside the fan will unevenly adhere to the impeller, gradually disrupting the dynamic balance of the fan and increasing the vibration of the bearing. Once the vibration reaches the maximum allowable value of 11mm/s for the fan (represented by the amplitude value below), the fan will be stopped for repair (dust accumulation, dynamic balance will be redone). Because it is already very dangerous at this point, users must not forcefully use it. When the vibration of the fan approaches the dangerous value, the vibration measuring instrument will sound an alarm.
The maximum allowable value for fan bearing vibration is:
(1) The effective display of bearing vibration speed is 11mm/s.
(2) When displayed with bearing amplitude, the following values are obtained:
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 3000 revolutions per minute: the maximum allowable value is 0.1mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 1500 revolutions per minute: the maximum allowable value is 0.2mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 1000 revolutions per minute: the maximum allowable value is 0.31mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 750 revolutions per minute: the maximum allowable value is 0.4mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 600 revolutions per minute: the maximum allowable value is 0.5mm (double amplitude)
When the synchronous speed of the motor is 500 revolutions per minute: the maximum allowable value is 0.6mm (double amplitude)
When the bearing temperature of the fan is normal, it is ≤ 70 ℃. If it rises to 70 ℃, there should be an electronic control alarm. At this point, the cause should be investigated. First, check if the cooling water is functioning properly? Is the bearing oil level normal? If the cause cannot be found for a moment, the bearing temperature will quickly rise to 90 ℃, and the electronic control system will issue an alarm and stop signal again.
If any abnormal phenomena are found during the driving, parking or operation of the fan, immediate inspection should be carried out. Any minor faults found during the inspection should be promptly identified and resolved. If a major malfunction is found (such as severe vibration, impact, or significant increase in bearing temperature), the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection.
After one month of operation of the fan, the lubricating oil (or grease) should be renewed and replaced. In the future, in addition to replacing after each disassembly and repair, the lubricating oil (or grease) should be replaced once every 1-2 months under normal circumstances, or it can be replaced according to the actual situation.
Fans include ventilation fans, turbine blowers, Roots blowers, and turbo compressors, which are divided into seven categories: centrifugal compressors, axial compressors, centrifugal blowers, Roots blowers, centrifugal ventilators, axial ventilators, and Ye blowers.
