The pH of the sample solution is adjusted to 2-3, and the total nitrogen content in the water is detected by UV spectrophotometry (measurement wavelength: 220nm, 275nm turbidity correction: A=A220-A275 × 2).
COD (UV) determination: Dual wavelength spectrophotometry (UV 254nm, visible 546nm).
